With every mile we ride, we carry forward the values of service, respect, and commitment that define the VFW’s legacy.  

Our Riders Group actively supports veterans through events, charity rides, and community outreach, combining a love for motorcycles with a dedication to making a positive impact. Whether you’re a veteran, an auxiliary member, or simply share our mission of remembrance and support, we welcome you to join us on this journey.

7th Annual Poker Run

Gear Up for the Post 280 Riders 7th Annual Poker Run! 

 

 

Join us for a day of fun, fellowship, and fundraising at the VFW Post 280 Riders Poker Run! Whether you’re a seasoned rider or new to the world of motorcycles, this event is open to everyone who shares our commitment to supporting veterans and their families.


- Date:                          May 10th, 2025  

- Registration:              9AM to 11AM

- Starting Location:      3669 Legion Lane, Columbia MO 65201  

- Registration Fee:       $20 for rider and $10 for passenger


The Poker Run promises excitement at every stop, as you pick up cards to build your best hand. Prizes will be awarded for the top hands, and there’ll be food, drinks, and camaraderie waiting at the finish line. Proceeds from the event will go directly to supporting the Post 280 Relief Fund for Veterans.

 

Last bike out is at11AM

Last bike in is at 4PM

 

Once everyone is back there will be a drawing for a $750.00 Gift Certificate to Powder Horn Guns and Archery.  Tickets are 1 for $10 or 3 for $25.  For more information contact:
